i've had stress test an found blockage in ...lad ...60%...no stent....now at night i have episodes i wake up can't breath...numbing in hands an arms ..rapid heart beat .wil  go away when i awaken was on beta blocker ..toprol..an altase my blood pressure was dropping too low at night...an i clinch my teeth alot............what seems to be the problem??? i'm on diovan...is that good med they said altase is better....an was on crestor...all made me sick...now i have...acid reflux....help....can anything be taken naturally....for plaque?? can lexapro help...i've been really anxious with all this....are there side affects....thanks...bp121/80..most the time

I would make sure that you tell your doctor about these episodes with breathing difficulties and racing heart. Do you think that this may be anxiety related?
Anxiety can be quite disabling. There are effective treatments if you can bring the problem to the attention of your doctors

At this time, there are no natural cures for atherosclerotic blockage to make it go away. Of course with good diet, low fat, low cholesterol, exercise, smoking cessation (if you smoke) There have been some studies to show that aggressive treatment with cholesterol agents can potentially cause plaque to regress
