PAD night symptoms

I have the equivalent of PAD after a multiple arterial blood clots. I had a femoral-peroneal bypass one year ago. It failed twice and was reopened via catheter, but failed a third time in August and the consensus it there is nothing else to be done. My foot looks pretty rough and I have an ulcer on my great toe. I am on Eliquis and Aspirin. I do not have diabetes, do not smoke, and I am very active. An AKA has been recommended. I am slowly coming to terms with this, but am trying to keep my leg as long as possible Being active and gravity helps, but does anybody have a suggestion for severe night pain in my foot? Dangling it off the bed does not seem to help. Any suggestions to put off the inevitable would be greatly appreciated!
