Hiya, I had my beautiful baby boy on Christmas Day and tomorrow is our first day alone as my hubby is going back to work.  I am freaking out a bit and just wondering how you fill your days and keep busy withyour LO and stay sane? Thanks in advance x

I had my baby December 20th. My husband didn't bother to take any time off so it's been hard. The best advice I can give is sleep when your little one is sleeping. It helps keep me from getting overwhelmed if I am not over tired. When your LO is sleeping and you are not tired try to get house work and what not done. Try to do things you enjoy but don't push yourself to do to much.

When I had my first baby my husband was a truck driver so I was alone most of the time, my daughter kept me busy and when she was sleeping I was resting too, as she grew up it was becoming more interesting and even more busy when she started solids, I was very afraid to be alone but then I got used to it, just do your best and use some help if u need. Congratulations on your baby boy!

My hubby is actually the stay at home dad. He reads to him, they take walks, plays with him during tummy time. We also have an app that keeps track of bottlesgiven, diaper changes, sleep so he is pretty much on a schedule.  When I get home from work.  I take over and that's his time to unwind and do what he can't when it's him and the baby.
