Anyone else with the same problem

I'm 22 years old , I was diagnose with PCOS when I was about 12, and since about the age of 14 I haven't had a period, I've only had some bleeding for one day for maybe 1hour and it was very light that was last summer, I've been struggling with the excessive hair gross and weight gain, and my doctors have given so many meds, and I've been trying to get pregnant, has anyone had the same problem and have gotten pregnant ??
