Cysts on ovaries

I am on my 6th round of clomid and I just had my hsg test done about a week ago.  I just got my results and my ob told be my tubes are wide open, but i have little cysts on my ovaries.  Can you still get pregnant with having these cysts? or do they need to go away first.  They want to do another u/s in Dec to see if they are gone or not

Well, if it's not working then why would you stay on it? I mean 6 rounds is allot with no result.

I would suggest to stop using Clomid. Clomid has some bad side affects in those who have PCOS, due to the fact that it DOES not just stimulate 1 egg...it stimulates MANY eggs and therefore causing cysts. Has your doctor brought up trying something like Fermera? Are you on anything else for your PCOS, like metformin? Bascily, since you have these tiny cysts in your ovaries (very common in PCOS) they will inhabit ovulation because they is no room in your ovary for an egg to actually mature. The cysts need to go away, or atleast most of them for a proper ovulation.
