Hi, I have PCOS and have just recently miscarried my first pregnancy. We have no idea how far along it was, but I had the dark hairs below my navel and my breasts were very swollen. My levels said very low, so the doctors said around 2-3 weeks. My ER doctor, the night of the m/c, said I was closer to 2-3 months due to my uterus size (I was also bleeding very heavily at the time). My mother, a RN, said because of the cravings, headaches, dark line of hairs under my navel. and super sized boobs, I was roughly around 6 weeks. My question is, anyone who has this condition and has had a pregnancy, is there anything special to monitor? Is it high risk, and therefore no heavy lifting, out of work, etc.? Any special blood work? We want to be prepared this time. I have cut down the caffeine a great deal, and have taken prenatal vitamins and have cut back on my stress. I drink chamomile tea, and rest whenever I can. Any suggestions? Help please. I don't want to lose another one in the future. Thanks
