Help for Hair

Greetings to all of my sisters with PCOS.  I'm a 37 -yr.African American young lady who was diagnosed about 10 years ago or so.  I hear the heart of each of you and I know that many of us have similar concerns.  But mine is about lessening the hair on my face and increasing it on my head.

I usually pluck with tweezers the facial hairs so any help in that area that is affordable would be helpful.

The main issue is concerning my hair.  I have worn my hair relaxed/permed for 20yrs or more and over the past 6 months I've decided that I need to go natural.  I feel that may decrease the thining in the top  and breakage.  Does anyone know of any hair products or programs to help me get through this process without having to completely lose or cut the shaft of my hair.

PLEASE help  me keep the glory in tact!

I feel you about the facial hair, i actually wax but that means letting it get to a certain length and that frustrates me so i end up tweezing... as for your hair maybe you need to do a deep treatment, when my hair was breaking and dry I did a cucumber treatment at my hairdresser and that was about 2 years ago and i haven't had that problem again... my hair is processed as well but very thick and long... check a good hairdresser that deals with your type of hair... good luck
