PCOS METFORMIN N CLOMID

I HAVENT GOT MY PERIODS FOR 2 YEARS METFORMIN DOSENT SEEM TO HELP MY DOCTOR WANT TO PUT ME ON CLOMID CAN I STILL GET PREGNANT ??? WITH OUT HAVING NO PERIODS

I say stick with the metformin...I too have PCOS and take both clomid and metformin in order to O...I just got my BFP yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So it is very possible...I also have cramping like AF is coming, but she's not...everyone is saying that cramping is normal in early pregnancy...if I were you I would test and then ask for provera or a progesterone shot if your cycle doesn't start in the next week...good luck hun...

Thanks for the reply yes it did help..
am so fustruated  this is my first week taking metformin ..........
500 mg 2x a day... i have gotten alot of small cramping do u know what this might mean?? u think my period will be coming soon if i stick to the metformin...

You need to get on provera or something like it to get your period. You will ovulate before you get your period naturally. So I would say yes you can get pregnant without your period. But you have to know when your ovulating. If your not getting your period on your own than your probably not ovulating. Good luck and hope this helped
