ovarian pain

For the last 6 months I regulary get severe pain on my right ovary before my period about 1week-2weeks before. The pain is so bad it hurts to turn or sit up sometimes and i feel a squeezing pain there when I urinate. I occasionally get pain on my left side but not as severe. I also suffer from terrible bloating and my breast get very sore that sometimes it is too painful to wear a bra. Also when I have had the pain for a few days if I have intercourse my pelvis can hurt like a "bruise being poked" and on occasion when I will be like this for 2 weeks without my period coming it comes full flow in intercourse and then i get bad period pains the next day. Please let me know what you think it could be? Prior to this happening my periods were very irregular sometimes missing 2 or 3 months.

I think you should have an internal sonogram, and see your gyno.  Sounds like you could possibly have a cyst or other ovarian condition.
