i quite couldnt able to understand the question but as far as i have reached you are saying one of your scar or scratch from surgery is infected and you started menstrual cycle? they removed your ovaries and doctors are not willing to see you considering that its not serious?

i would not worry about menstrual cycle because its part of your life and it will happen and especially after removal of cysts your body is more sensitive and active towards AF.  but infected incision is bit worrying because if infection not caught early it might actually cause something serious. you should atleast ask to give you antibiotics or any antibiotic cream to put so infection won't increase. i hope i helped....
