SOOO confused.........

I have posted a few times on this website about some of my problems. But decided that I would just lump all the problems together in one posting and see what people think my problem could be.
Here goes.........................
1. VERY weird periods.
I can go several months without a period, I will go through the emotionall problems and bloating and even ovulation but no period. When I do have a period it is a completely normal period NO heavy bleeding or anything.
2. The left side of my vagina { on the outside} will go numb for no reason sometimes. I can be sitting or standing or lying dowm, it does not matter. I can't find any certain consistency with it.
3. I have no sex drive anymore. I am only 24 years old and have been in a very loving relationship for 3 years with my future husband. It's not normal at my age!
4.I have a very small lump on the inside of  my vaginal wall. It's does not hurt, change in size, or cause any weird smell. It's just there. Oh and it has only been there about a year.

If anyone has any suggestions to what these symptoms could be from please let me know.
Thanks
S.

i agree with the above comment periods and things could be due to pcos, this can cause moods etc as your period usual would, I have pcos and have always had bad periods sometimes none for months other times 2 in a month etc, the lump could be an infection of some kind best to get checked out this could also result in your other symptons if it is an infection.
I advise seeing a doctor and gyno about this and dont leave it any longer, as stated above they will do tests swabs etc to detirmed the situation and will probably put you on the pill to regulate your periods etc.

Good luck :o)

First weird periods are no good. You need to get to a gyno and get on birth control pills or provera to get a period you don't want your endometrium lining growing too thick and causing cancer. Don't know about the numb vagina but a doctor may be better able to help you with that and the lump in your vagina could just be a clogged sweat gland I get them too just don't bother it and take showers often through out the day. As for your sex drive it could very well be your hormones pcos is funny like that.I'm 33 now but when I was 23 I had plenty of mucus any a raging sex drive now I am always dry and never in the mood. I have found that half of it is my hormones and half of it is not properly exploring my body and taking the time to get my mind and my body completely turned on instead of letting my mind just concentrate on getting pregnant and how my man is feeling about my dryness. I also got some preseed it helped alot (got it online little expensive though) it gave me some peace of mind and that helped and it wasn't sticky. Lastly it is important to remember you're supposed to be dry right after your period gradually getting wetter  up until ovulation so maybe you can start tracking with a journal and please never ever walk around with changes to your genitals without seeing a gyno could be nothing but if it's something the sooner you get it cleared the better you don't want anything else threatening your fertility. Good Luck and Baby Dust to everyone

I wanted to add that I also have vaginal dryness. Always.
I do not have health insurance and have been to clinics but they will only help you to a certain point.
