Strange discharge

Hi there I'll try and make it brief basically a couple of months ago I moved in withy bf of two years. I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 17 now im 22 I have the weight gain issues and also I do not ovulate at all! My body does not have a natural period I need to take tablets so here is the thing I haven't had a nateral period by myself since I was 17 I have been on god knows how many different pills since then and to be perfectly honest I stopped taking the contraceptive pills prescribed to me to have a period. I just feel like using tablets all The time is covering the problem
Not correcting it. I sometimes feel I need a period so I will take one pill and that's enough to make me have one. 6 months ago I have been getting watery discharge and well thought nothing of it it was unusual but I know pcos with the hormonal imbalances play havoc on your body's function at times so I left it.. But for about a week and a half I have been getting extemely watery discharge coloured with blood kinda weird to explain but there are tiny blood clots coming out every now and then but also the discharge is excessive I wake up and feel
Like I have wet myself it's that bad I it's just like pure water tinged with pinky blood I say pink cause the blood appears that couloir and non excessive. I have never had this before I have strange feelings in my tummy like nighling pain and bloating which I do not get, pain isn't sharp all
I can describe it as is the pain you feel when u have an empty stomach if that makes sense I am getting my doctors changed over buty initial
Consultation is on the 15th can someone help me or she'd light on what's going on

Hi,
Not getting periods for so long is not good for health in the long run. You should induce a period every two months, if you are not getting them spontaneously. Also pills may not be the answer to your problem. Weight loss will go a long way in helping you. The discharge can be a vaginal infection. But as it is blood tinged, a thorough internal examination and pap smear are indicated. Consult a gynaecologist for an opinion. Pain and bloating can be because of gastritis. However if there is the slightest doubt you may take a pregnancy test to rule out the same.
Hope this helps.
