I agree with msniki412 you dont want a diet that has to do with drugs. I just started weight watchers and I have already started lossing weight. Its really easy, and you can eat what ever you want. Each food has a points value. And each day you get points to eat. For example: I get 23 a day, and last night I ate out a mcdonalds and had there chicken nuggets that were 8points. I am doing this to of course loose weight but to help me get pregnant to. Its not expensive either. I also have PCOS. Good luck with what ever you decide. And Hope you get pregnant soon!

Well, me personaly would never do this diet. A diet, honestly should not have to invovle drugs or to take a shot or antyhing. As always, I have done some research on this HCG diet, so here are some Pros and Cons of it:

Pros of the HCG Diet

·         People on the diet generally experience rapid weight loss
·         There are generally very few hunger pains while using HCG
·         The diet targets problem areas rather than necessary fat areas in joints
·         Metabolism is reset so normal eating resumes when the diet is complete
·         The set time frame makes goal setting easier
·         During the diet you learn to eat healthier and make better food choices with proper food portions

Cons of HCG diet

·         The food choices are very limited
·         Must follow the strict protocol of the diet to be successful
·         Diet itself and HCG effectiveness is still controversial
·         Diet requires daily HCG injections (Oral HCG is available)
·         Must drink water all day
·         Eating at restaurants is difficult
·         The meals take preparation, and lunch on the go must be planned
·         It could be expensive if you decide to use a licensed practitioner

I personaly do not recommend this diet. I know dieting is hard, but slow and steady weight loss is the way to go. Watching what foods you eat, limiting the amount of carbs and sugars, drinking water instead of soda....that all helps. I lost 50+ pounds on just watching the types of food I ate. Stopped drinking sodas, switched to water or seltzer and it all started working.
