i ahve pcos and irregular period. i am trying for a baby.. but because of this i coudnt yet. i am taking metformin now. will this help me to regular my period and ovulation?

Hi!! I also have PCOS but was not getting a period at all. My doctor put me on Metformin in hopes of it trying to regulate me, but it did not work. Hopefully it will work for you. We also did rounds of Clomid but then found out i was clomid resistant so moved to injectables which seemed to work so far. I am in my 2ww to find out if there is a little bean or not. I wish you lots of luck!

I'm on metformin now. I did not test to see if I Oed last cycle. But it took only 4 days of progesterone to make my cycle start. My doctor said that is good news. She said I most likely did O than.
