9 weeks and exhausted and feeling sick to my stomach.

I am so tired amd feelung so sick to my stomach nothing seems to help. I havemt actually thrown up but I can't shake the nausea. I was eating small snacks about every 2 hours whuch helped at first but nothing is working now. What has helped you guys? Its hard for me to even want to eat.

And the Preggie Pops come in all flavors, taste like regular lollipops. I didn't believe they would help but they really do. @chickenlittle13

Im 9 Weeks also. Ive had nausea and vomiting since 6 Weeks. my doctor put me on Zofran and it helps so much!! I also got preggie pops and they help

Im 37+3 and lately cant hold anything down so my dr prescribed phenergan and it helps amazingly.

are prego pops those ginger flavored ones? i heard about them and everyone says there amazing.

I felt the same way when I was pregnant with my twins.  Here are a few things that helped, peppermint candy and or sugar free gum, not a big fan  of the candy, but it did help a little.  Peppermint tea also.  Continue with the every 2 hour small meals it does seem to help somewhat too.  Believe it or not resorting back to the old saltine crackers also seem help.  I have to try to remember what else, this feeling stuck with me almost into the second trimester.  When I remember more, I'll be back.
