After my first csection , I got luck and lost all 25lbs I gained with my son and my belly went back to normal . Which I was surprised . I hope I get that lucky with this one . This will be my 2nd csection and only gained 13lbs this hole pregnancy and I'm 35+6 today ! But imma work out after this baby . My friend has had 3 csections and her kids are 4 , 2 ,&' 1 and she got her body back after 6 weeks with from her 3 baby . She's back down to her normal size 1-2 .

Yeah the belly support bandages were good straight after for tummy support. I also found the physio helpful for tummy exercises to rebuild those muscles. But I'm going to ask my ob if he'll do a little tummy tuck while he's there this csection, lol
