Can sperm fertilize egg while in uterus??

I know that everyone and every book states that egg and sperm meet in the tubes. But can it ever happen when in the uterus before the egg crumbles and the lining shed??????????

It takes longer than 24 hours for the egg to travel to the uterus, so by the time it makes it there it's no longer a viable egg.

The egg and sperm meet in the tubes only.this is where it is fertilized.the egg then implants in the uterus.it does not fertilize in the uterus.

Yes, it could happen, your egg survives in the uterus about 24 hours...Good luck!
