Clogged oil glands on my bottom

I am 21. For the past 3 years or so I have been getting these "clogged oil glands" "cysts" on my bottom half. If I wear panties it makes them come more along my panty line. Therefore, I don't wear panties. However, I have one right now on my panty line. And I've been to the gyno before to have, what he said, was a clogged oil gland, cleaned (popped). I bathe/shower every night and I wash with dial gold soap (recommended by the doctor). I still get them, they come up and go down (similar to wisdom teeth the way they rise and go down) but still stay right underneath the skin. I haven't had one come up so much that it needed to be popped (cleaned) by the doctor in a very long time.
Anyone get these as well or have any at home remedies for treating or prevention of these.. Besides saying to not wear underwear and take a bath! (I already do these things) : ) THANKS!! PLEASE HELP!

They sound like something that I used to get called "cellulitis" or an infection in the skin cells. My mom is big on homeopathic remedies and what we used to do is put an antibiotic ointment - mupriocin or bactriban on it and cover it with a bandaid. The antibiotic will kill any infection. There is also this stuff called colloidal silver you can also apply to the wound and then cover with a bandaid. The colloidal silver will draw out any infection to the surface. The key is to keep applying the medicine, I would suggest a combination of the antibiotic and the colloidal silver and then covering it with a bandage so there is no air coming into it. It has to be completely closed off. And you should be able to wear underwear after using these methods and having a bandaid over it. Also, continue with whatever cleansing routines you are doing and the soap you are using, but right after is when I would put the medicine and ointment on it and then cover it. Don't give it air, it can't breathe and spread. I hope this helps.

Are these ointments safe to use so close to my 'openings' : / down there? The "clogged oil glands" (as my doctor put it) are small.. Sizes of pennies.. and they're not discolored or flaky or anything like that. It's just my skin but you can feel a knot underneath the skin until sometimes it rises above the skin like a bump. And once the bump was so painful and looked so much like a zit I tried to pop it but it was WAY too painful and in a hard to see and reach place so my doc had to squeeze it. Does this still sound like cellulitis? I googled some pictures of cellulitis and it looks terrible.. Nothing like what my stuff looks like. But I do appreciate your advice and I will be buying some of those ointments and I appreciate anymore advice you might have.
Thanks! : )
