Could I be pregnant

My period is 6 days late, I haven't had any symptoms of being pregnant but concerned that I'm so late. Took two pregnancy test and both came up negative, on the six day had some cramping and bright red bleeding could I be pregnant.

It might just be late for some reason.  Since you just had the bright red bleeding I would wait another day or two to see if it starts.  If not I would take another test and see what it says.  If you still haven't gotten your period and are still getting negative tests I would call your doctor to maybe have some blood work done.  There are many things that can naturally cause your period to be late so the red blood may indicate is soon going to start.  Good luck.
