Could i be pregnant while on mirena?

I haven't had my IUD for a month yet but I haven't had a period when i should have. They told me i should still have periods but havent. I feel tired, freqent head aches, on and off nausea, mood swings, and back pain. I dont have sore breasts but I never do even with my periods. I have had little cramping and odd abdominal pain. some smells have made me sick and given me head aches, I have wanted to eat more but not much. All though you would swear my boyfriend was. I took an at home test and it was neg. but for the life of me I'm still concerned. I have had scares before but I have never been this worried. I dont really have anyone to go to anyone have advice?

I have heard that it will euther slow your peruod or make it completly stop all together. I had cramps as well after intercoyrse and its compley normal. The discharge if I understand corectly is your bodies way of trying to adjust to the iud. The string question I can't answere lol. I jyst got my iyd last week and checked mine and they seem to be extremly short abd duno if that's ok. If I were you I'd go to see my doc just to ve on the safe side. If their is a possibility you are pregnant you do t want to misscary trust me I have had 15 miscaragis and everyone broke my heart so just becarful and take caution and go see your doctor asap if you feel something is diffrebt with your body. Everyone us diffrent only YOU know what's right for your body :)

Hi I am a little concerned. I have the mireina about 2 1/2 yrs. 6 weeks after my son was born and Allways had verry irregular periods. Recently I had strong pain for almost 2 days stright and couldn't GO to the bathroom for the reason my pain was too much also I couldn't sit down felt like. Something was poking me .and had lower abdominal pain as well. When the pain wasn't as bad I kept having abdominal pain if like I had strong cramping that lasted A week nd my boyfriend  nd I had intercourse when the cramping stared to be less and said it hurt him when we had intercourse so I checked in the shower and I felt the string really low is that normal?? And I still have cramping. Which is weird because I didn't even had cramping when I had my periods throughout the 2 1/2 yrs .now I'm having a discharge. If the mierina moved or shifted could I be pregnant? And I havnt had my period yet but I barely have regular periods. Can some one give an opinion?

mirena can give you very strong pregnancy symtoms.. give it sometime to settle in your body. I never  had a period for a year with it and then when i did get one it was just very light discharge for a couple of days  a month.. this was for 3 yrs .. mirena can stop periods in some women..

I had mirena a couple years ago and it took me 4 months to get my first period. While on mirena I would have very irregular periods. If the tests were negative than I don't believe you would be pregnant and mirena is a hormone birth control so you can have countless symptoms that make you think you're pregnant.
