Early Labor?
So I'm having some strange symptoms and my doctor is entirely unhelpful when I call so I wanted to know if you mama's had any of these symptoms. I am 33 weeks and 2 days along. My discharge is heavy, thick and a snot color. I've been tested for all sorts of infections and came clean so it's not an infection. I've been feeling like I'm having slight menstrual cramps with a really tight feeling in my stomach. Dull back ache. Diarrhea and always feeling nauseous with an upset stomach. I keep having sharp pains in my stomach like my muscles are being pulled too tight. Just feeling unwell in general. I have been coughing too but I think that's just being sick. I was checked for any dilation around two weeks ago and I had no dilation and wasn't effaced at all. Can anyone help and tell me what is going on?
Go to labor and delivery...its your body and baby. Be assertive and tell them how you feel and that you want to be checked. I hate it when doctors dismiss things. .My OB is very on top of everything. He will have me come into the office or L and D regardless of how insignificant my symptoms are. I would go in if I were you. Good luck.
I don't drink too much water because it kind of makes me sick but I do drink a lot of Vitamin Water and milk.
Braxton hicks can hurt or be very uncomfortable. I am now 37 weeks, and from 1230 yesterday till bout 930 last night I had them on and off and almost went in and it was just bh. Drink more water. And for the discharge that is normal To. Towards end of pregnancy discharge becomes more frequent.
You just described how I've been feeling the last like 6 hours. Except for the discharge mine is just thick and white. But I'm 38 weeks on Tuesday. I have no idea what it is.
Could just be braxton hicks. I got them at around 32 weeks and started having a lot of discharge around 30 weeks and to this day I still have it but not as heavy anymore. Just wear a panty liner. If you start bleeding or having 5 contractions in an hour then you should definitely go get checked.
