Excited n scared

My boyfriend and I just found out we are pregnant I'm about 5weeks along.  I'm 20 and going to school full time at the current moment. My boyfriend has been a great support we are both really scared but excited.  The only thing that is really getting to me right now is having to tell our parents. I'm afraid of there reaction, and I know that eventually we will have there support but as of right now I'm really nervouse to tell them. Any advice on breaking the news.

I'm 20 and telling my side for me was easy. We are close so I just came right out and said it. Mom flipped but not even 10 minutes later she was happy. Step dad's not so thrilled, but whatever, he will come around. We were nervous to tell my partners side but we did and they are all happy as can be.

I think all parents are shocked when they are first told but it all changes wen they hold their grandchild! :)

I was the same way with my parents when my girlfriend got pregnant so I know how you feel. You should tell them right away because if you wait to long they might be more upset that you didn't tell them sooner.

I can relate to that, im really nervous of telling my parents im pregnant....and im 31! i only seperated from my husband this year, my parents dont live nearby so havent met my new partner and so really have no idea how happy we are together...i already have 2 children...im terrified that theyre gonna flip! Just wanted to let you know that age does not necessarily make it easier to break the news....good luck

I was 18 when I got pg the first time. I'm 21 now and I'm pg again. My mom was very happy but I think my dad was worried because he wanted me to go to school..... I have been going to school and I'm almost done. I work full time too. You just have to keep going and do keep going to school! IT'S POSSIBLE. I told my mom first then she kinda told my dad someway...
