I love love love halloween!!!!!  I work at JoAnn fabrics so its kinda expected to dress up for work on Halloween and be creative.  This year I am making myself a fat lil bumble bee (being that ill be 30weeks by halloween) DH and I also go to a frirend of mines big halloween party every year and again because alot of people that go either work at joanns or used to we all go all out on our costumes and make winning the contest a VERY big deal!  I won last year as a mermaid : )

No dressing up for me or dh...I do love Halloween though!  We don't even get Trick or Treaters where we live...or at least we didn't last year =(  I'll buy candy just in case because we do have neighbors with kids but they all drive downtown where there are lots of houses and sidewalks and streetlights!  I can't wait till my baby (due in April lol) is old enough to take out trick or treating!

I am probably just going to take Noah trick or treating with his cousins. Every year the Milwaukee Bucks do trick or treating around the suites at the Bradley center and they have a costume contest for the kids so I will probably take him to that again. Last year my nephew won and got to go on the court. I just got his costume last night, he is going to be a penguin, it's adorable. I found a mama penguin costume but it was too expensive and dorky. We are having a Halloween party at work so I need to figure out what to be. It has to be appropriate and functional as I will be waitressing in it. All the costumes I found yesterday were cute but a tad too reveling to wear while serving food.

I haven't dressed up for a few years, but I do hand out candy to the kids in the neighborhood. Since I have been with my fiance he has made Halloween more interesting. He likes to dress up to hand out the candy. Last year he dressed up as a SWAT member and asked all the kids cop-like questions lol. He scared a few of the kids. I grabbed one of my rats and brought him out with me to creep some of them out or let them pet him if they wanted to. It was freezing last year though and me being sick I didn't want to stay out there too long, so after a while we went back to letting them come to the door. I may dress up with Steven this year to make it more fun but who knows.

I remember when I was little we would go trick or treating and my dad had this full body Adult Gorilla costume and would go with us. I was about 4 when he started this and he scared the bejesus out of me constantly! I knew it was my dad but I would scream and run away whenever he got close. So when we went door to door I would want him to stay back behind us. I wonder what ever happened to that costume...

I haven not dressed up in ages and i dont have kids so im totally out of the fun of halloween except eating the candy maybe lol! I was so hoping to do stuff for my lil cousins (target has all these cool lil things to make goodie bags) that they would be here but their court date came up and sadly the judge sent them to live somewhere else (really long story) so now i wont even get to see them.

hmm... I am a teacher and I don't generally dress up for Halloween, b/c I teach highschool, but I do have some Halloween shirts and I pass out candy to my high school students and neighborhood kids.  My niece (2 years) is going as a dog and my nephew (4 months) is going to be a bone.  I am excited to see them - can't wait for Landen to get here so he can dress up!

Well our 4th anniversary is October 30th. I wanted to throw a Halloween party but DH said NO. The last night he tells me, "We should throw a Halloween party sometime". *EYE ROLL*

Anyway, I don't dress up. But the kiddies are going to be fairy princesses (original, I know) but that's what they want to be! Delicate, pretty fairies that will be freezing their tushies off.

We're going to go to a church trunk-or-treat hop where people have candy filled in their trunks and the kids go car-to-car (which they're set up all Halloweeny by the way) and then go inside to watch skits and win other prizes.

We're having a Halloween party at my house.  By party I mean, our friends congregate at our house every weekend anyway, so we invited them for that weekend too and are calling it a Halloween party.  We'll probably end up barbecuing, handing out candy and watching scary movies.  When we have our friends over it tends to either turn out like Bingo night at the retirement center, or like a frat party where everybody gets smashed and lights things on fire. (Seriously. Generally furniture.)

Obviously I won't be drinking with the guys this time, so we're gonna be spilling the beans to our friends about being pregnant!  I have no clue what to dress up as, any ideas?

My hubby and I go to our friend's halloween party every year.  In terms of parties, it's pretty lame, but they are our friends so we'll go.  I'm dressing up as Sara Palin  Can't wait. :-D

I'll just be handing out candy at our house, but I do have a few cute Halloween shirts that I will wear for the week of Halloween.  And usually my husband's godparents have a bonfire that we attend the weekend before Halloween, and we are planning on going to Hershey Park one of the days for their Halloween thing.  I love seeing all of the kids in their costumes at the Park.  Hopefully, I won't be able to go on rides ! :-)

Hi There!

Happy Friday everyone and YAY for the long weekend! =)

I have actually not given any thought to whether or not I will dress up this year... I usually do, but I usually also go to the annual Halloween party at the local (huge) bar and drink too much too! =)   Obviously not doing that this year! =)

I may just actually hand out candy!

If I do dress up, I want one of those blow up costumes w/ the fan so I can feel "skinny" in comparison!
