It was our 3 year Anniversary and he re-created our first date. It was on the beach at sunset...sooo beautiful! He packed an entire picnic, wine, food, strawberries etc...lit some candles and spread rose petals all over the picnic blanket. He brought a mini stereo and played a CD he made, which was all our favorite love songs (including the song we picked for our Wedding song)...and we just danced and had such a romantic time. And of course I thought nothing of it because he's so romantic all the time, even though this was above and beyond..it was our anniversary so I didnt think he was going to propose! So we dance, the sun is setting....we're sitting down to drink and eat and he grabs my hands and starts saying all those wonderful beautiful things...than hands me a box and I open it and inside is a little note that says "Angel...look at me" and when I looked he was down on one knee asking me to make him the happiest man in the world and be his wife...and in his hand he had the most beautiful ring! Of course I screamed, jumped, cried and said YES! haha
Than he made it a point to scream to everyone on our way home that we just got Engaged and we're getting Married :)

Yes I am lucky and they do exist! He's always been very romantic! He leaves little notes for me all over the house and on our Wedding Day he wrote me a song and sang it to me in front of everyone, it was beautiful. This past Christmas, he wrote me a poem and read it to me. Last Valentine's Day during his hockey game he made an announcement for me before the game started...he took the mic and said he wanted to wish his beautiful wife a happy valentines day! I almost cried! He gets more and more creative every year. I truly thank god for him, he's wonderful!

My Valentines Day update!!!

Just a little while before lunch my receptionist called me and said she had something for me downstairs. When I got down there, on her desk sat a stuffed puppy dog on top of my favorite chocolates (Ferrero Rochet) holding a little red box. Inside the box was a diamond tear drop 3 stone necklace and a poem that he wrote. Of course the poem made me cry, happy tears of course, but I cried none the less.

I woke up to Roses, a little sweet note next to my pillow and rose petals leading to a big huge breakfast and a present!! I'm lucky, I got a romantic one :) And he's planning this candle light dinner, ohhhh! I can't wait to see what he's got in store, he's so creative!

I told my honey he didnt have to get me anything. I just want homemade fish (salmon)tacos. They are so good. Much better than they sound. mmmmmmmmmm!!! He went shopping today anyways though. He is so good to me.

I left a card for my hubby this morning under his keys, cell, wallet when I left for work and he didn't even see it nor get me anything.  But he is taking me to my favorite restaurant tonight so that's what I'm looking forward to.

Im at work all day :o( My hubby isnt the romantic type, never has and never will. Im lucky he said "Happy Valentines day". LOL Its sad alittle but its just another day I guess. Just dont know what he is going to do. Some time he does do something sometime he doesnt.....

We aren't doing gifts! Just watching a movie and ordering some Chinese (YUM!). Unless he has some surprise, but I honestly did not get him a thing, so I hope he didn't get me anything. This computer/Internet was a gift to us for Christmas, anniversary, our birthdays, Valentine's Day (because it cost so much).

my hubby was broke, dont get paid till tomorrow, so he had is mom go get me something, gave it to me last night, lmao. but its still sweet and his mom has good tast! i love her to death, shes like my own
