Huge Concerns with Pregnancy Please Help

I just found out a couple days ago that I am 12 weeks pregnant.

Before I found out I was drinking, maybe drank 8 or 10 times before I found out. I was also abusing adderall, maybe 5-7 times but in very large amounts. I've obviously been taking medicine that isn't safe for the pregnancy (ibuprofen for example) and no prenatals. I also did cocaine once, small amount. I've bleached my hair a couple times. I've lost close to ten pounds over the past 12 weeks because I haven't been in the right position to be eating well and regularly.

I'm extrememly worried that my baby is already damaged in some way because of the stupid things I did before I found out. I need any and all advice about if you think my baby is harmed and how badly that would be. I will be scheduling a appointment with a ob soon, just please help I am so worried.

I forgot to put Ive also been taking klonopin as a prescription everyday for these 12 weeks. thanks for the advice I know the doctor will be able to tell me more Im just so worried and really dont know how badly i could have hurt my baby.

I found out I was pregnant when I was 14 weeks. I was a alcoholic and I drank at least 2 bottles of liquor every day. You won't ever stop questioning what could go wrong but you have to also think You didn't know and everything can turn out okay. Just try and stay positive only time will tell.

Its great that you've stopped now and I'm a dr will be able to go through any risks or effects with you. You'll also get a good idea of babys development at your 18-20wk morphology scan. I hope all goes well!
