I drink caffeine free coke and it tastes just the same..not like how coke zero is supposed to taste like regular coke but it really does have that strong coke taste

Coffee and Cola/soda is fine just in moderation. Cola can also help with nausea.

My doctor said 200mg of caffeine a day is ok that's like a soda a day just don't go over board lol I give myself a soda a week for s cheat day just so I want go soda crazy lol

In moderation bc too much caffeine can be bad but I'm the same way. My boy loves to make me drink some coke. I crave it all the time but I limit myself.

A lot of caffeine isnt good but 1 can isnt gonna hurt you. :) with my first I got really bad migraines and the caffeine was the only thing that helped and my dr said it was fine
