Is it possible

Ok here goes.
I'm on birth control (the pill, tri-cygln lo) and have been for 3 months now. Normally I'm very good at taking it at the same time everyday. A few weeks ago I had a slip up. On October 31st my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex, and he ejaculated inside me. (didn't realize we weren't using a condom until it was too late. I know stupid trust me I already gave him hell, and he gave me hell) Two days later (November 2nd) I missed a pill completely. I had had a really emotionally stressful day, had an anxiety attack and had to go home. I forgot my bag in my locker (where my pills are kept because I keep that bag with me all the time [usually]) and hadn't taken my pill that day. The next morning right when I got to school (8am) I took that pill, and continued on with my usual schedule. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? I'm feeling very weird and off, been having issues with nausea and just being "off" food and things. I don't think any of this problems are side-effects of my pill, I only had them during the first month of using the pill and never had anything like this before. I know the only way to know 100% is to get tested. Thanks for your help ladies!

I know it is possible anytime you are on the pill especially if it is not taken like the directions say.  Remember even when taken right nothing is 100% effective.  Before I had my son who is now 4 months old I was on the regular ortho tri cyclen for 11 years.  I wouldn't take it at exactly the same time, but close within a few hours and I missed one a few times all together would have to double up and no issues.  Not sure if the Lo if you have to be more careful with taking it at the exact same time everyday?  I know doubling up on pills can make you feel off, so that would be normal.  Are you late for your period?  If not I wouldn't worry too much until and take the test if you are =)

I'm not overly worried. Nor do I know about the regular tc rather than the lo. The doctor never said. Just gave me the same lecture you get with the pill. It has been a few weeks since I doubled up. The symptoms from that should be gone by now. This happened within the last few days.
