No period for 53 days, pregancy signs, two blood tests and 2 store tests negitive could i still b pregnant

I am 18 years old and yes i have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I am currantly 53 days late on my period my last one was feb 15, i have had two blood tests that have come out negitive. I have had signs of pregancy but i am getting concernd cause of the test results, i do have an ultra sound on the 23 but i was wanting some feedback as to if anyone has had a similar situation and ended up being pregnant, even some advice as to maybe what is causeing me to not show any levels in the blood and that may be why they are coming up negitive. im not stressed im concernd for my health and if their is a baby in side i am concernd for its health as well for this is getting discourging and im getting impatient! thanks you for your help, im looking forward to any feedback!! Im 53 days late! ive taking 10 pregnancy test and did my blood test today! had some pregnancy symptoms. i go back next week! I'm only 18 and my boyfriend had a vesectomy done last year:/ yikes!

Hey girl I'm 53 days late too an having that same problem I had a blood rest an pee on a stick an it was still a neg but yes I have heard of people like us tht went an had an ultrasound done an thy was really pregnant it was just that the hcg was low an wen thy had a ultrasound done an thy found out an took another test thn it still came up neg so we might be pregnant good luck let me know how everything go I go on the 3rd to have one done

yes well i have been to the doctors nothing has come up as to why i have missed a period i have actually herd of a lot of people who have had the same thing and went for an ultra sound and ended up being pregnant, i am under no stress my blood and tht is fine im healthy :) but thank you so much for your answer :)

There are numerous reasons why you have not  gotten your period in 53 days that are non pregnancy-related.

You were not pregnant at the time of your second blood test - blood tests are extremely accurate and can detect the very early stages of pregnancy (about 7ish days after conception!).

If you are trying to get pregnant, it would be a good idea to take prenatal vitamins.
