There arent many tips really...just when your tired in the evening go to bed even.if its early. At the start of my pregnancy i was coming bk from work and falling asleep at 7. Its best to just sleep though! X
You can't really do much for an energy booster. Did you drink coffee or soda before you got pregnant? If so your allowed to have 200 mg of caffeine a day is safe.
Nap Nap Nap! LOL this was the ONLY thing that helped me in all 4 of my pregnancies. If you feel tired and have time lay down and rest, you feel so exhausted because growing a baby is hard work :) it literally drains you!
Lol im only 3.4 and im exhausted too xD all you can do is nap and sleep like a sloth :)
