Hi, to start off I had a baby girl in March of 2007, I breastfeed for 5 months and then I got my cycles back in November skipped December and have had them 28 days apart since January. I was due to start on the 3rd of March  but no luck yet. All I have had is a clear like disacharge. Normal not an infection. I did one Hpt but said negative but with my daughter it didn't show till 6 weeks in and then the docs test only worked on blood. So what do you think? Please share your thoughts and experiences.

I had a baby in March 2007 as well and my cycles were pretty screwed up. So I'm currently getting tests done to determine PCOS and might have to take Metformin. I believe that drug is supposed to help you regulate your cycles as one of its benefits. So you may want to take a pregnancy test!

Also just wanted to say I am also on 1000 mg of metformin a day.

I think that you should wait a week or two more then take a hpt again.. it might be too early.. or you can always get a blood test??
