acid reflux and heart burn help

I hate it. It makes me irritable:( it's constantly.  Any remedies beside oatmeal or tums? ?? Thank u!

OMG yes! !! It never lasts! :( but usually most of the Times its around night or evening.  So I guess I need to change my diet or idk where to start, lol I don't really wanna take medicine until im farther along and if it gets even more unbearable like all day

I feel you am the same,and the only medecine that helps me is zantac 150, but i stoped taking it as soon as i found out i waz preg. ..and i also thought you couldnt take sal diubar picot...i hope i get someawnsers on my first doc. Appoiment on monday,cuz ,milk,tums,only help for 5 mins like you say,and i hate,hate,heartburn and acid reflex with all my life i swear

I take zantac almost every day. I didnt start that until a few weeks ago but im almost 35 weeks and its unbearable. If i dont take one by 8 every night im,miserable.

Tums don't really work for me honestly, it will only take it until I finish sucking it lol. Or maybe like 5 minutes after then its back again. Lol

Idk if yu know spanish but try sal de uvas picot...if it helps it wont taste nasty to yu after a while. Good luck
