Thanks ladies maybe my hormones are making me feel like this
You will feel better eventually, it does take a while to get used to your new body, my hips and rib cage remained wider even after I lost more weight than I started with. My body is a nightmare as I lay down all the fat for breastfeeding and yet dont (or at least didnt with my others) produce any milk, so I am gonna have a huge arse and thighs to get rid of, never mind the saggy tummy. You will learn to love you again (although admittedly probably more so with clothes on than off). Dont pressure yourself, it took 9 months to grow your baby so it should take up to 9 months to get back to any kind of 'normal' :)
I gained 55 pounds...:/ after my I had my son was like omg! He will be six weeks on Wednesday and I still have stretch marks on my hips and legs and my coco butter isn't helping... And I still have a little belly. It drives me crazy. I want my 6 pack back. I tired sit ups and nothing. I was 120 and when I had him I was 175 and now I'm 144. My hips are wider, and my arms and legs are bigger, but my hubby said I look better. I just wish my tummy would go away. When I go swimming I wear shorts and a cami over my bathing suit. :(
I admit after babies born I'm going to start working out, crunches are impossible with a huge belly! And I plan on breast feeding as well so that'll help. And maintain a healthy diet of course! I've gained 22lbs this pregnancy so I should lose at least half when he's born! Give it time and you'll feel sexy again I'm sure!
