I've taken three pregnancy test and all say positive but i really havent had any pregnancy symptoms except for hunger and fatique... has anyone experienced this?

Yep this pregnancy had very little symptoms until around 7 or 8 weeks when morning sickness kicked in.  Enjoy while it lasts good luck

Symptoms don't mean anything one way or another. You can have them all and not be pregnant, same way you can not have any and be pregnant. I wouldn't really put too much thought into it. Congrats on your pregnancy!

I'm 13w 3d and didn't have any symptoms until lately. Just slightly tender nipples, mood swings when I'm hungry, and off and on can/can't sleep

this is okay to have no symtoms. many women dont get any symptoms till 2 months. so its normal. infact you are lucky :)
