I dont think there is anything to be upset about, the only have guidelines for how babies grow every baby grows differently and it it more then likely be that your baby will grow up to be a short person

I don't think it's anything to be concerned about.  My baby had very large femurs in every ultrasound and just turned out to be a huge baby.  He is tall, and big just like his daddy.  He was born 3 weeks early and weighed over 8lbs.

Are you or the babies dad on the shorter side?  Or maybe just have shorter legs?  Also, girls sometimes are on the smaller side too so that could play a factor.  Every baby is different and at 20 weeks your baby is only about one pound (and about the size of your hand or smaller) and very small compared to the 6-8lbs he or she will be at birth.  :)
