Thanks everyone! Definitely overwhelming lol. But i got a good idea of what i need to get now!
I agree i bought size1-2 diapers(they are that size not 1 or 2 but its an inbetween size) and that was perfect for my daughter... its easier to buy bigger than to waste the smaller size... and if by chance you have a small baby you can easily pick some up and before that hospital supplies them...
I should add if you can borrow stuff then i would reccomend that as there is not guarantee that baby will use what you buy and you have to remember that all this stuff takes up so much room, is only good for so long and you have to store it all somewhere! and always look for second had for majority(obviously not car seat, ect...especially if you dont know the person) as baby stuff isnt used that long so second hand is worth the deal!
I know its easy to think that this is your first and if/when you have more you ll get more use outta it but storage issues suck! lol
Im due June 8 but I started buying things for my baby as soon as I found what I was having at 14 weeks
I have bought
Clothing, blankets, shoes, and car seat ...
Some hospital give you free car seats.....
Diapers sound like a good idea you have no idea how many diapers babies use in one day...lol
Maybe 10 diapers or more ...it's crazy ... ;)
This will be #4 for me in may.. I found that I never used my changing table. High chair is handy to have but you wont need it for a while. I did use a swing a lot and the moby wrap came in handy when the little ones wanted to be held but I needed both hands. When buying diapers .. I always buy size one or two instead of newborn as the baby grows fast and I typically got a lot of newborn diapers as gifts.

No you dont need a high chair for a while. and depending on space some moms get those booster chairs... i got a highchair and i love it, but its all in preference... really for the first bit you dont need too much...

Hi, I'm 20 weeks and haven't bought much for the lo yet. I'm waiting to find out the sex before going all out lol. But mainly I just got diapers (huge box) and little white onesies and passies. Bottles and bottle cleaning brush. And since I'm planning on breastfeeding, bought a pump. Just get things that u know it will need, start with the most expensive if u want, or just go along with it like I am. I'm also having my first baby :)
