who is the father?

Hello, I had sex on my second to last day of my period with my ex. Which was on sept. 24th,2011. On oct 9th I had sex with another guy. Both which were unprotected. I took a pregnancy test on october 10th it was negetive. On oct 16th. I took another test and it came back positive. Is it possible that the second guy could be the baby father?

I would say it's the second guys baby cause that wouldn't been around the time you ovulated. But then again if u had sex while on your period u couldve gotten preggo then to

Yea I'm a little worried. I di an ovulation test online and it calculated that my last day of ovulating was on the 9th of oct. So that had me really confused.

It's too close to say. Anytime you have sex with more than one person in a cycle, you are at risk of getting pregnant by either one of them. You will need a DNA test once the baby arrives to know for sure.

I think that the second guy has more of a chance of being the baby's father, especially if you ovulated on the same day you had sex with that guy. Tough situation, I would definitely take a DNA test when the baby is born, how far along are you?

I am 10 weeks... So its very early. The doc said based off my 1st day of my period that I conceived approx on the 5th of october but I didn't have sex with the second guy then. My ex said that we did it on the 4th of october last... but I don't recall. He is excited but I'm nervous!

If you are 10 weeks exactly today is could very well be your ex's baby...the dates are too close to call for sure but being 10 weeks put's conception around the 6th of October. Having a + test 8 days after the second guys is not impossible but it's rare...either man could be the father.

You most likely conceived around the 6th and if you had sex with your ex on the 4th then he would be the father...but again too close to call you'll need a DNA test.

You can get a DNA test while pregnant at 10 weeks. It's expensive, but possible.

If you are 10 weeks don't forget to take the 2 weeks off for the gestational age. So who did you sleep with 8 weeks ago? And usually you ovulate 14 days after the first day of your new cycle.
