I have, increase your water drastically a few days before, you will swell because of the altitude changes and relax and dress comfy, the compression socks sound like a great idea too!
I have flown many times through my entire pregnancy (26 and 3 now). Lots of water, I know, I know the pee factor, but request an isle seat. Fligjt attendants are pretty accomodating. I wear sports compression socks when I fly to help with circulation. Its a two hour flight so it shouldn't be too bad. Also comfy pants that aren't constrictive helped me. I also packed healthy snacks.
I have. Mine was a six hour flight. I slept a lot and walked around.
