I'm 31 weeks. i feel same as u all have mention. space out and difficult to breath. i cant even eat dinner again. when going for my vaccine tomorrow will talk to my dr. abt it too.
baby is probably moving up...squishing your lungs you know
Am 34 weeks today and i just asked my doctor the same questions today. I get so exhausted, dizzy and i cant breathe. She told me its normal and to drink more water at least 3liters a day. She also told me to prop myself up with pillows at night to help with sleeping at night. I hope this information helps.
Id say the feeling of not being able to breathe is the baby near your ribs.im almost 33wks and feel like i cant breathe. Also i have been getting light headed especially while eating dinner or just after.i feel spaced out for a few mins then im ok again.some people have said it cud be low blood pressure or maybe the baby is lying on a nerve resticting bloodflow and oxygen to your brain for a min. As for the exhaustion, the bigger and heavyier u get and less sleep, well the more exhausted u become. Do take some iron supplements on and off over the next few wks to make sure your iron levels are ok. Try get a nap in during the day and rest up as much as u can. It wont be long now.best of luck!
