Any tips for a first time mommy?

Im 8.3 with my first baby. I either have no appetite which is majority of the time or I feel like I'm about to explode after eating just a little bit. Then the nausea kicks in and I have to throw up most of the time. I cant stand the smell of frying food and seem to be able to only handle fruits or very small portions as long as there isn't any meat. Im short of breath and feel like my baby is already at least 20 weeks lol. I am so exhausted and tired but I can't seem to sleep throughout the day. I am peeing constantly but it barely seems to come out every time I go. Finally when it's bedtime I can't seem to get comfortable. So far I've read the second trimester gets better but are there any quick fixes or something that you can suggest that will help me now?

Try vitamin B6 and half of a regular unisom for the nausea, bonus if you take it at night it will help you sleep a little better, but it does get better, of you're still really suffering don't be afraid to speak up amd ask the doc for something stronger like zofran, it was my best friend this pregnancy especially taking care of two little ones

Hang in there I'm 13 weeks & it gets easier.  Saying that I'm still feeling ill but starting to get my apetite back.....toilet stops are unavoidable but when you finish don't jump off straight away.  Wait 30;sec you'll be surprised you can squeeze more out. My sister told me that good tip x

I had horrible sickness with my first lost 25 lbs. Weird but the only thing that I could eat was Chili Cheese burritos and dr. Pepper.  The only thing that would settle my stomach was cinnamon candies.  Hopefully you find something.  Good luck.
