Braxton Hicks or Contractions?

So I have been having Braxton Hicks the past few weeks now. I am currently 28 weeks + 6 days. I am having them about 3 times every hour. Is this something that could be preterm labor or is it Braxton Hicks like I think?

I had Braxton Hicks from 22 to 30 weeks, very sporadic, then started experiencing back labor in the form of false labor.

If they are not becoming consistent, they are probably just BH.  When I had my daughter, I was in pain all day, but I thought that it was has pains and constipation.  It wasn't until several hours later that I realized that they were about 4 minutes apart and went to the hospital.  You might want to get a contraction timer to keep track of the data.
