Flying at four weeks pregnant

I plan in taking a trip which includes a short 1-2 hour flight, just wondering how safe that would be for baby and I?

if required wear stockings to help with blood flow. also carry hand sanitizer since you'll be touching various public spaces (trolleys, escalator handles, furniture,  etc). avoid lifting very heavy luggage. carry your prenatal vitamins.  :-)

You should be fine.  The key is to make sure and walk around every couple of hours or so even if it's just to the ladies room and back.  It will help prevent blood clots and swelling.

I'll be 5 months on sat and will be flying as well. 2 hour flight. Got a note from my dr in case they think I'm too far along. If anything, wear a blouse so that it doesn't reveal much and won't bring too much attention to ur bump.

You'll be fine, I took a flight back to Seattle from Dubai at 5 weeks preggo and the flight was 14h15m. Just be sure to get a aisle seat so you can get up and walk around

At 4 weeks u are good to go! I flew last at 26 weeks :) commercial flights (bigger planes) are the best I heard, the cabin is pressurized and the ride tends to be smoother. Check with ur doctor first tho, every pregnancy is different and ur doctor will know ur risks. But honestly at that early stage the risks may be slim to none!

My doctor said I was clear to fly until 32 weeks.

I flew a lot at 14 weeks.
You will be perfectly fine though.
When you go through security though you need to ask if whatever scanning/detecting machine they are using gives off radiation and if they do you need to let them know you're pregnant.
