Headaches/ Dehydration

I am 13 weeks and Ive been experiencing the most intense headaches of my lofe . I think it is due to dehydration, because I have dry lips. But I drink so much water and other fluids every day. I pee around the clock, but I'm still dehydrated and I don't think I can take these headaches another second.

Yesterday I had 90 oz of water. 2 coconut waters. Cranberry juice and G2 Gatorade.

This morning I've had 1 64 oz of water. 32 oz of Pedialyte. Cranberry juice& water combo.

And the headache is here and chapped lips.

Can someone e please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Try a small amount of caffeine. With all the fluids you're getting its unlikely you're dehydrated. Caffeine is a main ingredient in migraine meds. I had headaches that would last weeks at a time in my first trimester. Sometimes a couple sips of soda would help, sometimes not. They were awful! Good luck and feel better!!

Maybe tmi but what color is your pee? If its clear-light yellow you're hydrated just fine. Headaches and chapped lips could just be...headaches and chapped lips. Your skin/hair changes due to hormones and headaches are very common in pregnancy due to increased blood flow

I was drinking he juice and Gatorade because I thought it might be an electrolyte, or blood sugar thing. It isn't. It's unreal how much water I drink.

I'm going to call my Dr. I just hate calling and feeling dramatic when it's not a big deal.

Try to stay away from juice, it dehydrates you. Also try to stay away from gatorade and the other sports drinks. Just stick to plain water and eat more fruits and veggies. Popsicles are great, watermelon is amazing for dehydration as well

That sounds aweful I definitely think you should call your doctor. You don't want to be water logged. My sister only get migraines when she's pregnant. And I only get them when I'm not pregnant. It could be a hormonal imbalance. Definitely call the doc. Good luck!!
