Hurting

I'm 25w4d and in a lot of pain. I've been having what I think are contractions. My tummy tightens up hard and hurts a lot. My ribs right under my breasts are killing me to the point where I feel like I cant breath, and my vagina keeps getting sharp paings. I am extremely tired, dizzy, and feeling weak. I've been trying to stay hydrated.
Is this braxton hicks? Because I didnt think they were supposed to hurt...

Its been coming and going throughout the day... I am just so tired. All I want to do is sleep, and I cant because I wake up in pain.

Braxton hicks can hurt but if they have lasted for any length of time and are regular at all, your best bet is to go get checked. If you have tried to hydrate and the rest and no change, the dr would probably want to have you checked anyway.
