Some days I feel like that and some days I feel pretty good about myself. I think it all depends on other factors like if I'm having a good day to begin with. My doctor told me my weight is right on target and that day I was floating on air so happy lol but then the next day I ate like a pig and it seemed like my thighs grew in a day and I was upset haha I'm almost 27 weeks and I've gained 18 lbs. Working out really does help. I work out about 4-5 days a week and when I can't get to the gym I do exercises with some cheap kettle bells. And also like the girl above said, I don't keep junk food in the house. Which isn't to say I don't eat it sometimes lol but if you have to actually drive to go get something you're craving, your less likely to get it
Are you staying active walking with hubby or join a prenatal class to b motivated by other preggo women or hire a personal trainer at local gym we are all battling the bulge and can inspire each other substitute junk food with healthy snacks and get rid of junk food in the house increase water intake that eliminates bloating and swelling dont beat yourself up just beat the pavement and get moving
