My labor and delivery story.

Ok so some moms are probably not going to like my story but im so excited I have to share. My water broke at 1:30 this morning. After getting my husband home from work we headed for the hospital. We came into labor and delivery and I sat in observation for about 3 hours. They check and monitered me. I was 4cm and 80% effaced. My water for sure broke. Finally after being moved to a room they put me on pitocin to get consistent contractions.  At 10:00 am I asked for a epidural to make sure I didnt get uncomfortable with contractions. At 1:00 they checked me and I was fully dialated. The nurse came in and asked me to do one practice  push. She counted to 3 and had me stop. She immediately called the dr in. Doctor came in. I pushed two times and out she popped. I was in completely in shock how fast it all happened. Honestly the doctor was surprised. She was estimated on Tuesday to be 8lbs. But she ended up being 7lbs 5ozs of pure perfection. I am completely in love with her. My 4year old son just loves her. She latched on her first try  with breastfeeding. I hope all you moms out there waiting have an amazing delivery. Thanks for all the support through these last 9months. God bless you all!!!

Congrats! My second delivery was easy like that I was induced and slept through the labor which was only a few hours I woke up and said I need to push! We were trying to get a doctor/nurse in there and not push until then but I was holding my baby between my legs by the time help arrived lol congrats again!
