SWELLING!!!

So all this weekend my feet have been pretty swollen and on Thursday night they were itching like crazy. I thought at first it was just they were dry so I put on lotion and a pair of socks but it didn't help. I called my dr on Fri and they said if I start having itching on my torso to give them a call. Well I dont have any itching on my torso but last night I noticed a rash on my arms and today it seems to have faded but my feet are still swollen and itching.  I thought it might me athletes foot so I have been spraying them and that has helped with the itch but now they are swollen and hurt. Any one have any suggestionsother thatelecasts my feet because that's not helping a lot.  Thanks ftm 36w3.

RICE work every time for me and I'm 35+3 weeks pregnant.  My swelling disappear in 20-30 minutes. I hope everything works out for you.

I had a reaction at 16 weeks. I had to change everything. Laundry detergent and soaps. It was not fun. And my feet are huge! I do RICE and they are still swollen. My toes hurt when I bend them :(

Having almost the exact same problem, minus the itching. I just tried the Epsom salt bath like literally I'm just getting out. I'll let you know if it works for me.

RICE. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevate.

Put some socks on, place an ice pack on your feet, elevate your feet higher than your hips or chest using pillows, and put another pillow on top to compress the ice.

I meant suggestions other than elevate my feet.  Could I do an Epsom salt bath for them?
