i will try the belly band. I tried pillows but it doesn't help much, thanks Ladies!
yes especially if you do it too fast it will pull things down there or sometimes it just lets u know you cant stretch that far that fast
Put a pillow under your belly. I got a body pillow for this, it's amazing.
Its probably stretching. Make sure u drink lots of watch.
It's most likely to be from muscle separation. The abs split up and they are no longer supporting everything. So, when you roll things shift. Try wearing a belly band to bed. (The ones you can buy to turn regular pants into maternity clothes work great) They can sometimes help give you a little more support. Hope this helps.
I think I've been having the same problem, I'm 33wk and 5 and been getting a strong pain in my pelvic area. I mentioned it to the midwife and she said its probably ligament pain.
It's probably everything stretching. Ie: ligaments, muscles and tendons. I'd ask the doc at the next visit or put a call into them. Doesn't hurt to ask, but I'm sure it's okay. :-)
