Thanks both of you!
@lilmummyems that gave me some peace of mind :)
@firstat31 I'll keep your advice in mind. I didn't think about that they would be worried about the future too, it's a totally different point of view.
Sorry to hear about your loss. Are there any employees you do trust?I know it's hard to relinquish control...especially pregnant, and with you're recent loss...But maybe if you notice a specific employee at each location that you trust, and the other employees respect, make them a manager so you don't have to go in as often. Depending on what they're not listening to that you say, if you haven't been working with them, and they've been there a long time, it's hard for them to respect someone that just comes in. I'm sure they all loved you're father too, not on the same level, and I'm sure they're all worried about they're future too. Take sometime, talk to them, communicate your plans, this goes a long way. things will get better. I tell you this as a business owner and a ftm. Good luck.
Jeez I know nothing about running businesses, but my first partner passed away when I was 9 weeks pregnant with our second child. She's now 6yo and was born perfectly healthy but during my whole pregnancy I was scared I would loose her or damage her somehow from all the stress and emotions I was going thru. Try to rest and eat as well as u can, I'm sure bubs will be fine best of luck
