Sweet Tea
Lately I've been craving Mc.Donalds sweet tea :/ I know its not good for me but how bad is it to drink once in a while? I notice yesterday day after drinking 1 I felt a lot of fluttering in my tummy I'm only 16 weeks
Fluttering bc of all the sugar! I don't think it's a bad thing to drink. Some caffeine too. Not the best but I'd do it! Lol
I've drank a few of the $1 large sweet tea's from mcdonald's & my baby boy is just fine.. they say around 200mg of caffeine is okay daily. not sure how much is in those, but if you're SUPER worried about it.. just bring it up to your OB. as long as it's not an everyday thing & you drink enough water throughout the day, I'm sure you'll be fine! you'll come across some people who say NO caffeine is better than any, but that's not my opinion. I just finished a cup of coffee, and I know he'll be okay.. ((:
