You can try some peppermint tea or ginger and see if that helps. If not, ask your local pharmacist about some over the counter stuff that's pregnancy safe.

Are you constipated at all? That could be why you have a stomach ache if you are. If that's the case, you could try a glycerin supposatory or a little bit of prune juice. If this is not the case, you could try ginger ale. Even a little pepto bismol or half a tab of gravol. Once isn't going to hurt. My ob is the one that told me to try it if nothing else helped.
